Our therapeutic relationship is at the core of the inward journey for it is only in relationship that we get to meet ourselves.

I work from a Person Centred theoretical base as I believe that my clients do know what they need even if that is not evident in the beginning.

My counselling practice has been running for 12 years and I work from home, online or I can book counselling rooms to suit your needs.

I work with individuals, couples or groups (group work may need to happen in a larger venue which can be organised).

I have recently gained valuable counselling experience working at Treetops Hospice particularly in cases of grief and life limiting illness.

I have experience in areas including:

Adoption, Depression, Anxiety, Trauma, Rape, Abuse, Self Esteem, Bereavement.

I charge £50 per session and concessions are available
