Walking Therapy

Walking and talking is a great way to make connection and it can be easier to speak about what you may be coming up against in your life.

I love walking out in nature, in the fresh air, enabling me to breath and to re-connect to nature.

This is a relatively new form of Talking Therapy and yet people have walked and talked for hundreds of years.

I plan walks that last about 50 minutes and are circular so that we can end up where we began. The walks can be away from your neighbourhood so that confidentiality can be maintained.
